Do you offer free local pick up?
Yes, we do! You can select this option at check out for free pick up in Okotoks, AB. Our address will be provided and we will make arrangements for a convenient pick up day/time. Pick up orders are usually ready within 24-48 hrs

Do you offer free local delivery?
Yes, we do! We offer free local delivery on orders over $30 within a 75km driving radius. If you qualify for our free delivery service it will be automatically calculated at check out

Do you offer flat rate shipping?
We offer $11.95 flat rate shipping across Canada & USA. We also offer FREE shipping across Canada & USA on all orders over $100. Your order will be shipped via Canada Post within 2-5 business days and a tracking number will be provided

Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes, we do! We love partnering with retail shops, boutiques, spas and online stores. Please email us via our contact form to receive more information. We can't wait to partner with you!

Do you offer custom products such as wedding favors or bridal shower gifts? Yes, we do! For example, we can help you create the perfect custom soap for your special day. We work with you to customize the scent, colour, design & label

What is your return/refund policy?
Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept exchanges or returns.

If your package was damaged during shipment please save the box and products. Take a photo of the damaged items and box and notify us at ASAP at suntreesoaps@gmail.com.
